Retail Sales Recruitment

We recruit sales advisors, sales assistants, and senior sales staff for retail stores. We define the role with you, write and place the advertisement, and review every application against your requirements. You receive a shortlist of candidates who have shown they can hold a conversation with a customer and move it towards a sale.

At the start we agree the role profile, the store setting, and the interview format with you. We then manage candidate contact, scheduling, and feedback on your behalf. You interview only people who match the brief. After an offer is accepted, we stay in touch with you and the new starter through the first weeks.
