Which types of roles do you recruit for?
We recruit retail sales staff, direct sales representatives, and the people who lead them, including team leaders, store managers, and area sales managers. Direct sales, such as field, event, and door-to-door selling, is our particular specialism.
Can you handle a large number of hires at once?
Yes. For store openings, seasonal peaks, or expanding direct sales teams, we run recruitment as a coordinated campaign with an agreed headcount, schedule, and selection criteria, and we report progress to you at regular points.
How do we begin working with you?

What information should we prepare beforehand?
It helps to have the job titles, the number of positions, the locations of the roles, working hours, the pay structure, and any requirements such as experience or availability. If you have an existing job description, please share it.
How do you assess whether a candidate can sell?
Alongside reviewing work history, we hold structured interviews and sales role-play exercises. These show how a candidate opens a conversation, handles objections, and works towards a sale. You receive written notes on each person we put forward.
What happens after a candidate accepts an offer?
We confirm the start date and any pre-start documents, then stay in contact with both you and the new starter through the first weeks. Any early concerns can be raised with us and addressed promptly.
Do you also speak with people seeking sales roles?
