Candidate Screening and Assessment

Some employers prefer to source candidates themselves and use us for selection. We conduct structured telephone and video interviews, run sales role-play exercises, and check work history and right-to-work documents. Each candidate is assessed against the same criteria so you can compare them fairly.

We agree the assessment format and scoring with you before we begin. You receive a written report for each candidate covering their sales ability, communication, and suitability for the role. We can then pass the strongest candidates to your managers for final interview, or advise on next steps.
